MobiKwik Cashback Offer | CLiQ Palette | July 2024 

Offer Period: 13th November till 30th November 2024 

Offer: Get Up to ₹200 cashback 

Minimum purchase: Rs.1,000

Terms & Conditions for availing the Offer: 

  • The user must transact using MobiKwik UPI only to avail the offer. 

  • User will get any cashback amount between ₹20-₹200 in MobiKwik Wallet on a successful transaction. 

  • Offer valid once per user per calendar month. 

  • Offer is valid for all users on a minimum transaction value of ₹1000/-. 

  • Cashback will only be processed to KYC customers who have the MobiKwik App. 

  • Eligible users will get the cashback in their MobiKwik wallet within 24 hours of their transaction. 

  • After the refund is initiated, the amount will be credited back to the wallet within 7-10 days. 

  • In case of partial refunds/cancellations, the refund amount will be adjusted with the Cashback received on the initial payment. 

  • Full Cashback will be rolled back in case of a full refund. 

  • Both MobiKwik & Tata CLiQ Palette reserves the right to discontinue/alter/change or modify the offer or any part thereof including eligible criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions. 

  • Both MobiKwik & Tata CLiQ Palette reserve the right to discontinue the offer without any prior notice. 

  • The Net Cart Value is the total cart value arrived at after all applicable discounts including coupon code but before availing cashback under this Offer. In case CLiQ Cash, NeuCoin or other similar instrument is being used to make a partial payment, Net Cart Value will be calculated after reducing the amount being paid by using CLiQ Cash, NeuCoin or another similar instrument. To avail of the offer the amount being paid through MobiKwik UPI must be more than the min purchase price of the respective offer. The customer is advised to check the applicability of the offer before proceeding with payment. 

  • Offer is not valid on Tata CLiQ Luxury & Tata CLiQ. 

  • This offer is valid for purchases made on the Eligible products during the "Offer Period". 

  • Offer only valid on MobiKwik UPI only. Offer not valid on MobiKwik wallet/zip mode transactions. 

  • MobiKwik UPI Offer can’t be clubbed with any other offer. 

  • Tata UniStore Limited reserves the right to cancel an order in case of any fraudulent activity including creating duplicate accounts, aliasing, placing multiple orders or violating the terms and conditions. Upon cancellation, the order will not be reinstated. 

  • The maximum cashback that can be availed per order will be as per the offers mentioned. 

  • The cashback offered will under no circumstances be settled in cash. 

  • Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions. 

  • Product warranty will be regulated by the Terms and Conditions mentioned on the Warranty Card of respective manufacturer. 

  •  

  • Any query regarding "The offer" will be entertained for the offer duration. No correspondence on the same will be entertained after the date from any person(s). 

  • Pictorial representation of products) in communication (s) sent to the customers is purely representational. None of the Parties under any circumstances will be responsible to the same. 

  • Tata UniStore Limited is not charging anything from the customer for their participation in the offer. 

  • It is not mandatory for the MobiKwik UPI users to participate in the offer. Participation in the Offer is voluntary. Participation in the will be construed as acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of the Offer and are advised not to participate in the Offer if such Terms & Conditions are not acceptable. 

  • "The Offer is being made purely on best effort basis and in case of complete cancellation of the order by the customer the transaction will not qualify for "The Offer". In case of partial cancellation of the order, the customer shall qualify for "The Offer only based on the net amount payable. 

  • Offers are valid on the respective site – Palette app and the mobile site. 

  • In case of any disputes, the decision of Tata UniStore Limited will be final and binding. 

  • Products offered are subject to availability by the participating sellers) on the Tata UniStore Limited platform. 

  • The Offer is valid only in India. The minimum age of the card holder has to be above 18 years on the day of the purchase.
