We're sorry your order is delayed. Usually, all order at Cliq Palette are delivered on or before the estimated delivery date shared during order confirmation. However, sometimes bad weather, flight delays, political disruption and other unprecedented events can delay an order.
You can track your order under the "My Order" section in the "Me" tab. We’ll also keep you posted about any delays via SMS and email.

Don't worry! In case you were not around when your order arrived for the first time, we’ll make 2 more attempts. Each time, you'll receive an SMS and Email notification informing you that your order is out for delivery and we suggest you make yourself available at that time. The delivery agent will also try to get in touch with you on the registered phone number to confirm your presence.
In case the delivery fails even after 3 attempts, your order gets cancelled and we refund the entire amount back to source account within 4-5 working days.

Your order will be delivered on the same day if it says it is "Out for Delivery"
Tata CLiQ Palette sometimes charges a nominal shipping fee against some orders. The fee amount will be clearly highlighted on the payment details page.
This shipping fee is non-refundable in case the product is returned. However, the shipping fee will be refunded in case we cancel the order, or if you cancel the order before it is processed by the seller.
Our brand partners usually ship the product within 2 business days once the order is placed, so that it reaches you in time. In case your order hasn't been shipped within this time, please click here to reach out to us.

No. Our seller partners are located all across the country in different locations. Since we want your order to reach you at the earliest, we ship them separately.
We will attempt delivery of your order for a maximum of 3 times. If your order still remains undelivered, we will cancel it and initiate a refund back to the source account within 4-5 working days.
Very rarely, this could be requested by our logistic partners owing to unforseen circumstances. Please do collect your order if you can. If this isn't possible, the order will be cancelled and we will initiate a full refund.
It is not mandatory for them to call you before delivering. However you will receive an SMS alerting you that your order is out for delivery. You can also track your order here.
If you are being asked to pay more than the COD amount on your invoice, please don't accept the order. We will investigate the matter and either attempt to deliver your order again or issue a full refund. Please raise a complaint here.
