Returns FAQ

Replacement of products is currently not available at Tata Cliq Palette. Instead, we suggest you place a return request for a product you dont want anymore and place a fresh order for your desired choice. This should do the same thing as replacement.

Sometimes, our delivery partners take upto 48 hours to mark the product as "Delivered" on their system post delivery. Please check back after a while, you should be able to find the option to raise a return request then.
