Tata CLiQ Palette is a marketplace, where multiple sellers and brands list their products for sale. Owing to this, at times you might see different prices for the same product on the website/app. To see the best price available, click the "Buy Now" button. 

Sorry, we are not sending "back in stock" notifications to our customers currently. Here's a hack we propose instead: Add the product you want to buy to your wishlist and check its availability from time to time. This'll save you from the trouble of browsing for it repeatedly. 

Not at all. You can comfortably enter different  shipping and billing addresses. Our team will deliver the order to your shipping address and generate an invoice against your billing address. 

We offer standard delivery service. Usually a product is delivered within 3-6 days.

Occasionally, seller/brand policies prevails when a product will be delivered, and they can vary depending on your PIN code, the product, or the brand you select.

This is super quick and easy. On the product details page, you will find a "Ship to" section where you can enter your desired pincode before placing an order and instantly check if delivery for the product is available at the preferred location.

Delivery charges, wherever applicable, will be mentioned seperately as "Shipping charges" and added to the "Total" amount at Checkout.

Whether a brand/seller can ship to your area or not depends on the brand/seller’s capability to service your area through self or partner logistics networks, and legal restrictions, if any. Brand/sellers may choose to not service certain areas based on their business policies or discretion. To find out, scroll to the "Ship to" section of the product details page and enter your desired pincode.

We ship products from all across the country. Delivery timeline depends on several factors such as availability of the product being purchased, handling time for the brand/seller and logistic partner.

We don’t deliver internationally at the moment. Right now, you can place your orders from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is in India.

Unfortunately, at the moment we can’t ship different products in the same bag to separate addresses. However, you can place multiple orders with each corresponding address, and we will deliver order to its location. Hope this helps.

Sorry, currently you cannot choose a specific date or time for delivery at Tata CLiQ Palette. Instead, we suggest that you place an order keeping in mind the estimated delivery date being displayed when you add the product to cart.

COD paymenet mode is not available across some pincodes because a few logistics partners do not facilitate it. Sometimes they even limit the amount that can be paid via COD. 

At the time of check out, after you have added your product to cart, make sure you check the eligibility of COD as a payment mode under the list of payment modes available.

To place an order, please follow these steps:

  1. Select the product you want to buy and check availability and delivery options at your preferred PIN code. If you are buying makeup please select the desired size/shade.
  2. Add products to your bag and then click on the Buy Now button. 
  3. If this is the first time you are shopping with us, add a delivery address; if you've shopped with us before, select a saved address. 
  4. Use a preferred payment mode and confirm the order.
