Orders FAQ

While placing the order, we share an estimated delivery date by which most of the orders are delivered succesfully. We usually take 3-6 business days to deliver an order.

You may track your order through the "My Orders" section in "Me" Page. Or you may track the order through our logistics partner's website using the Airway Bill (AWB) number provided to you after the product has been shipped.

Once an order is placed, we send you an SMS and Email comfirming the order details and the tracking link. You can use that link to track your order easily. 

You can also track your order through the "My Orders"" section in the "Me" page whenever you like. Simply select the order you want to track and check its status. 

What's more? You may track your order even if you aren’t signed in - just click on the Track Orders tab on the Tata CLiQ Palette homepage, enter your order reference number (the one in your order confirmation email and SMS) and your email ID into the relevant spaces, and check the order status.

Sadly, you can’t modify an order once it has been placed. If you have changed your mind or had placed a wrong order, you can simply cancel the order. Make sure you do this  before the seller has processed it (order status xxx) Additionally, you can place a new order with the correct details this time. To cancel all or part of your order, visit My Orders in the My Account section, select the wrong order and cancel the product(s) you don’t want anymore. Click here for more information.

Yes, you can make minor modifications in the address such as change in flat number or building name. Further,make sure all changes are made before the order is confirmed (order status xxx).  

Please note that the change in address will be successful only if our logistics partners can deliver to the revised address.

We send you email and SMS updates on your registered coordinates at every step of your order starting from order confirmation. The order confirmation email will have several details about your order such as Order ID, order tracking link and estimated delivery date. 

Order Confirmed: This means your order has been confirmed and approved by the seller.

Order Placed/Processing: Your order is being processed by the seller and will be shipped right after.

Shipping Commenced: Your order is ready to be shipped to its destination.

In Transit: Your order is on its way – you will get it soon.

Shipment delivered: Your order was delivered to you.

We offer standard delivery service. Usually a product is delivered within 3-6 business days.

The information in the "My Orders" section is usually accurate and updated in real time. On rare occasions, updates from our logistics partner might be delayed which leads to a mismatch. Dont worry, we will send you email and SMS notifications every time there is an update on your order.

Firstly, we are sorry about this. Please don't accept delivery if the order is opened/tampered with. Please raise a complaint to us here.
