Payments FAQ

As soon as you make a purchase on Tata CLiQ Palette using the EMI payment mode, you will see the full amount of the product being charged to your card. It will take the bank a few days (the time frame varies from bank to bank) to convert this into an EMI.

From your next card billing cycle, you will be charged the EMI amount and the credit limit of your card will be reduced by the outstanding amount.

For example, if you have made a three-month EMI purchase of RS 25,000 and your credit limit is RS 1,00,000, your bank will block your credit limit by RS 25,000 and thus your available credit limit after the purchase will only be RS 75,000. As and when you pay your EMI every month, your credit limit will be increased. For more information, please contact your bank.

If you cancel an order payed for using the EMI option, Tata CLiQ Palette will refund the purchase amount to you immediately and the EMI on your card will be cancelled. For more information or to know how the EMI scheme on your credit card has been modified, we suggest you contact your bank.
