Terms and Conditions | Tata CLiQ Palette Cashback Offer   

Offer Details:

Receive ₹100 CLiQ Cash on a single order value of ₹1200 or above

To your Tata CLiQ Palette wallet on Tata CLiQ Palette mobile and web platform (“Offer”) subject to terms and conditions mentioned below.   

Specific Terms & Conditions of the Offer:   

The offer is valid for shopping between 13th June till 23rd June'24 (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer Period”).   

The ₹100 CLiQ Cash offer is applicable on a minimum purchase (paid amount) of ₹1200 or above in a single order. (Amount excluding of shipping charges & convenience fees)  

The ₹300 CLiQ Cash offer is applicable on a minimum purchase (paid amount) of ₹2000 or above in a single order. (Amount excluding of shipping charges & convenience fees)  

The minimum purchase amount of ₹1200 and ₹2000 is after application of all promo codes, or discount coupons (including discounts and cashbacks offered by banks) on the product/products purchased by the customer.    

CLiQ Cash will be loaded into the wallet after the conclusion of the return window of the product purchased by the customer or the longest return window in case of multiple products contained in the order.   

You can expect the CLiQ Cash to appear in your wallet within 30 days after the return window closes.  

Credited CLiQ Cash, if not used, will expire within 1 months of being credited.   

The offer is valid on the Tata CLiQ Palette Mobile App & Web platforms and not applicable for Tata CLiQ and Tata CLiQ Luxury mobile and web platforms.    

Each customer can avail of the offer only once and in a single purchase during the offer period.   

1 CLiQ Cash is equivalent to 1 Rupee.   

In the event of a return or cancellation of products purchased by the customer as part the qualifying order during the offer period, the refund amount will be the final amount paid by the customer for purchase of such products and no CLiQ Cash will be credited or alternatively CLiQ Cash amount, if any already credited to the wallet of the customer will be forfeited.   

General Terms & Conditions:    

Participation in the offer is voluntary and free. Products can be purchased on Tata CLiQ Palette without the requirement to participate in this offer.    

Participation in the offer will be construed as acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of the offer and participants are advised not to participate in the Offer if such Terms & Conditions are not acceptable.    

Tata Unistore Limited (TUL) is not charging anything from the customer for their participation in the Offer.   

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.   

TUL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever to add/modify/alter/change and/or withdraw this offer at any time at its sole discretion.    

Customer unequivocally and irrevocably agrees that in case of any dispute, the decision of TUL will be final and binding.   

Whosoever participating in the offer is deemed to be 18 years of age or more and is also of a sound mind.    

The courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction for any matter or dispute relating to TUL.    

This offer/scheme shall be subjected to all applicable central/or state laws, rules and regulations.    

Any defects in goods or deficiency in services, or any claims, issues, damages or losses arising therefrom with respect to the products/services purchased by the customer is sole responsibility and liability of the manufacturer/seller or the service provider.   

The customer agrees that TUL shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the terms and conditions contained herein. All information provided is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. TUL makes no representations and disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any kind to the customer(s) and/or any third party including, without limitation, warranties as to efficacy, accuracy, timelines, and completeness for any particular purpose.   

The participating customers to the extent permissible in law, shall not make any claims against TUL, (including but not limited to its subsidiaries,  employees, agents , representatives, directors and/or its affiliates) arising out of or relating to any kind of losses, damages, costs or injuries of any kind incurred by the Customers in accessing or participating in the offer due to any problems caused by technical disruption and/or failure, server problems or any other difficulties.    

In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between the Terms and Conditions and the contents of any flyers, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the Offer, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
