Step 2: Start applying color to your crease with the flat side of a brush. Use this for softening or blending out harsh lines and indentations on your eye area. Step 3: Apply color to outer corner of eyelid with flat side of brush. This will give a softer look when compared to using a fluffy brush. Step 4: Apply color to inner corner of eye with round fluffy side of brush. This will give more definition in comparison to using a flat end brush. For a more defined look, start with the flat side of the brush and apply shadows to your upper lid, blending them outwards. Then apply shadows to your lower lid and blend them outward. For an even more dramatic eye, apply a dark shade like black or brown over any of these colors.
