Please note that once you choose to delete your account, it will be permanently inaccessible, and you won't be able to reactivate or use it again. Deleting your Palette account will also delete your associated Tata CLiQ and Tata CLiQ Luxury accounts.

Before proceeding, please take a moment to review and understand the following:

  • Account Deletion Timeline: It may take up to 30 days for your account to be fully deleted. Our Customer Support team will reach out to gather your feedback and confirm your request.
  • Pending Requests: Ensure that there are no pending orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, or other requests.
  • Rewards and Points: If you have any CLiQ Cash, NeuCoins, or similar reward points, please note that these will no longer be available after account deletion.
  • Account Data: Once deleted, you will lose access to all your order history, wishlists, saved addresses, previous orders and invoices, preferred payment methods, and any products or services associated with Tata CLiQ Palette. To use our services in the future, you will need to create a new account.
  • Privacy Policy: By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
